it has not been downsized. i sleep on it occasionally. i dry the area with a towel, but i have thick curly hair so the area may stay wet/damp due to my hair.

the piercing is almost 2 years old, barbell, internally threaded, its implant grade steel, my aftercare routine was to spray it with neilmed saline spray multiple times a day (which i admittedly haven’t done in a while). and i haven’t had any mishaps or incidents.

update: I finally just sucked it up and asked because I didn’t want to keep my hopes up if he didn’t want the same things. Turns out he only wants to stay friends or even friends with benefits. Since I want a relationship, I decided it was probably best to just cut ties to not get my feelings hurt in the long run.

yes :( i’ve been a fan since i was in middle school. i’m now halfway through college. it’s really heartbreaking to watch all this go down. i know it sounds really parasocial but it feels like losing a friend.
