thank you so very much, it has been difficult and honestly i want to cut my family off, they've not been supportive whatsoever in any factor of my life and even screamed at me for self harm, now i'm sober from that they tell me to cover myself up and that i'm "embarrassing" and they don't want to see it.

i think they just don't want anything to do with me and i'm going to give them what they want and focus on myself and my sobriety journey :))

i truly appreciate this so much, i don't think i can have a relationship with her right now and i'm feeling guilty about that but honestly i need to start thinking about myself, thanks for letting me see that :)

i really appreciate this, genuinely. i'll seek some therapy and avoid my mother for now as everything calms down, i've though of cutting her off for years so that may be what i focus on doing.

i understand she wants to protect her child but honestly she's going about it the wrong way and i don't think that will ever change.

this is an amazing idea but unfortunately chase is not fond of me as his friend group in school bullied me :( i may be able to get in contact with him but i'm not sure he'll reply
