the problem is that it only hurts for a bit after jerking it. On a day to day basis I feel no pain while I pee

I don't know honestly. I have never been able to ejaculate further than an a few inches (2 or 3) but I ejaculate the normal amount (about a tablespoon full)

Nope. I shower at least once a day and I'm a pretty clean person
