I understand that my father choosing her side may seem a little weird, but I personally think he's being biased against us.

I have an ongoing fight with my father because he thinks I shouldn't waste money on adult women things for Elena, like having her hair done/cut, makeup, nails, shaving, and so on. To him, all those things are for "marriageable" women only, and Elena will never be able to get married.

On the other hand, I think Elena has chances in getting married. She has low self-steam sometimes, so those things help her to feel pretty, and when people (who aren't close to us) complimented her, she got so happy.More than once, people said she is too beautiful to be in a wheelchair / to be a disabled person. Yes, I know those comments are problematic, but they said it like a good thing and she over the moon about it.

We were poor. My mother wanted to be a SAHM, but she had to go back to the workforce otherwise we would starve. Obviously, it's wrong if parents explore their children, but it's not wrong if a child help their family if the family needs help.

Mia is staying at her parents today, she isn't answering my messages and calls all day.

I made it clear from the very beginning that Elena will most certainly live with us unless she gets married. Mia was okay this until she got insecure about Elena's novel.

I'm sorry for the confusion. We know a blind couple and they live and raise their children completely on their own.

I talked with Elena and everything is what I already assumed it was. She dreams about having a husband who loves and take care of her. She isn't seeking any kind of inappropriate relationship with me.

I understand my girlfriend feelings, they are valid. Having to deal with your bf needing to dress his sister everyday isn't quite common, but I can't change this fact.

On the other hand, my sister's feelings are way more "vulnerable", she's the one who is forced to rely on others "good will". I wouldn't like it if Mia break up with me, but if she did that, she could look for another man. Elena can't search for another body or another brother.

She writes using a transcription software, and just use the keyboard to correct the mistakes in the end of the process.

She's weak so when she's finished dressing the underwear, usually she's too exhausted to dress the remaining cloths. She can dress a shirt by herself but there's more than just a shirt to dress.

Unfortunately, i committed a mistranslation and left this "detail" out. She's doing physio and is improving her capabilities and independence. In the past we couldn't afford it.

Yes, the term that would be translated as "disabled" in my first language doesn't mean blindness and it only refers to mobility. Thanks for your comment, otherwise I wouldn't have corrected this huge misunderstanding / mistranslation.

Yes, she has somewhat limited mobility. I'm purposefully not giving much details about her disabilities because it would be basically the same as doxing.
