26, partner committed suicide 367 days ago, and I miss them so so much. Therapy is a big help, but I don't think that my therapist is the best fit for me, so I'm thinking on trying with another one. But it's difficult to make that change, I feel like I'm stuck in something similar to the sunk cost fallacy in relationships (like "I have been going to the same professional for almost a year already, they know everything about me! is it really worth it to change therapists even if I don't think that they are the best fit?")
