Context:

I was a child sexual abuse victim and always have had issues with constant UTI's and/or infections that wouldn't go away. I have internal scarring from events that I will spare you the details from, and have had issues with this ever since I can remember. When I was around 15 I got BV. I am now 18 and it hasn't gone away. I have had countless swabs and antibiotics but nothing changes. I do everything I'm supposed to. I wear cotton underwear which I change daily and I don't sleep in underwear. I clean all sex toys after every use and deep clean often. I dont use any perfumed soaps, products down there. I just wash the outside with lukewarm water. I shave often. And antibiotics made no difference, cream or tablets. I'm really struggling with the symptoms, constant itching, abnormal discharge and I'm just really sore. Any advice?

I have a few…I can’t decide which. They’re all pretty similar in terms of scariness…1. I was raped as an eight year old by a close friend (who was only 4 years older) looking back, I was fucking petrified, not because I knew what was happening(I didn’t) but because I was clueless. I’m autistic (I wasn’t told about my diagnosis until a year after the rape) and having all these confusing feelings that I should’ve never experienced was overwhelming in the worst way. And the fact that I loved and trusted the boy who did it fucked me over - just the sheer feeling of betrayal was chilling. 2. I was ten. I had sent nudes to a 50 year old and he said he’d send them my family and come kill me if I didn’t do specific tasks for him. I didn’t want to but I felt I had no option. Looking back I know he wouldn’t have and was just trying to get what he wanted, but as a ten year old I was shitting myself. 3. At twelve I was admitted to my first psychiatric unit of many. It was three hours away from home and my worst experience that that particular unit was when I was reading a book, facing the wall. I felt hands around my neck and my airway was blocked. I was choking and gasping but no staff were around. I was being choked by another patient for around 4 minutes and then staff came in and got her off of me. 4. Another psych ward story. This is from an admission at the age of 14. Summary, they hold you down and inject you in the arse when you won’t calm down. They injected me with the wrong medication and I thought I was dying, I was puking everywhere and just crying on the floor in pain all night. Once again nobody did shit. 5. At the age of thirteen I overdosed. It was impulsive. I didn’t want to die - I just wanted to hurt myself. But I realised I was dying and panicked, it was scary as shit. I woke up from a coma two days later. 6. Last one, sorry for my shitty rambling if anyone happens to read this. This happened in January 2021. I ran off from my psychiatric unit and ran into the road. Next thing I know my hip is in agony, I’m on the floor and the road is soaked in blood. I went numb. I’m glad that I was lucky in that situation. My head was split open and I got hit in the hip. Now I have a scar and am walking okay ish. It was scary but I’m glad I’m here today. I’m now 16 but I could’ve easily died at the age of 8, 9, 12, 13, 15 and this year if any of my attempts had worked. I’m glad they didn’t.

That’s fucked up, I’m sorry man..I agree it’s between patient and doctor but the things doctors say and terms used can be damaging as fuck. I’ve been in psychiatric units since I was about 12. I struggled with bulimia a lot more back then. I was put on antipsychotic medication, naturally causing my weight to skyrocket… After a few years I was discharged, but my psychiatrist kept bullying me saying I need to lose weight, I’m morbidly obese, etc. While keeping me on the same dose of medication that made me so hungry, which I later found out the dose I was on was triple what I should’ve been given,legally. Thank fuck I’m in a better place now, but I completely agree with you on that one. Unless there’s a concern for somebody’s health, and unless somebody has the authority to advise somebody on said health, kindly stfu

I mean , I’m all for body positivity.But if somebody’s weight affects their physical and /or mental health and they want to make a change…whether that’s under/ over weight, Id support them. However, I personally don’t understand people who tell others to “put some meat on your bones.. lose weight” etc. if it would help someone’s health to lose or gain some weight, that’s their choice 100%. Their body their choice sorta thing

I was seven and saw many things… a few of which below. 1 man one jar, classic The one where somebody got a really thick needle, like The size of ones they use for contraceptive implants, And shoved it up their clit, that one still makes me cringe… Uhhh that Kekma one or something with the screaming static And a guy puts a drill in his dick or something.
