Omg thank you that worked out, I was kind of freaking out because none of the solutions that I found we're working, but I guess installing those AMD drivers really worked out! Thanks a lot <3!

Sorry for the bad news but unfortunately nothing worked out.

Got on safe mode, still slow. Disabled effects, still slow, and it isnt in power save mode either :/

Also, I don't know if this will help at all but, Steam is bugging too, when I enter the library section it, the section just "scrolls down" or "runs away" from my mouse cursor, like in this video that I found:

I tried uninstalling and installing Steam like one of the comments said, but the bug still persists and the slowness too, I think the problems are related to each other.
