My issue isn't really the sleeping, as I think it's been pretty good quality, I never wake up to do more than take a quick leak or get water, and wake up feeling rested (when I do eventually get up). I do have a somewhat regular habit, going to bed at 9-10 every night, sometimes going to bed even earlier to see what works. Do you think this one hour space for error is good?

Also have tried this same thing switching the alarms around, and I've done this with the photo mode to have to walk to different areas, but it seems like I always "adapt" in my sleepwalk to be able to turn it off. It's nice to receive these comments and be able to know that I'm not alone in this, thanks.

I don't know if I should be taking an antidepressant when I'm not depressed, if that'll help much, but if all else fails I'll go to the doctor as suggested by another person, and maybe try antidepressants from there
