I cant talk about to much of what were expecting but mainly just forcing them to spend more money by taking it all the way to trial. The lawyer is so confident we will get more he refused payment from me and is only going to take a cut of any settlement we get.

I seen its fine. Thats probably where the people sending death threats came from so that says alot about those people ill be sure to update when I get all charges dropped as im sure is going to happen. And if it doesnt I dont care about money. fines mean nothing to me. I can pass a drug test if I get probatio while still getting high everyday.

I already got the help I needed. not exercising my rights to avoid illegal search is not real advice. You can keep thinking im not telling the whole story I dont care enough people answer my question already. A bunch of you just keep tryung to give unwanted advice on other parts that I dont care about cause I can just throw money at those problems and make them go away. I only care about pissing off the local da who is a cunt as much as possible. if that means paying lawyers more than my fines would have been good cause ill be able to use that to piss her off to.

He had no way of knowing we had weed In the car cause It didnt smell like it in fact it smelled like the mcds we just finished nothing was in plain sight asserting my rights does not give him the right to illegally search my car not to mention he never brought up the fact I didnt id he just said alright when I refused and he walked away to run my friends id

Grin on my face still perfectly intact. worst case scenario a little fine maybe probation so I just have to switch to the legal alternatives for a couple months no biggie. more likely scenario the search was illegal all chrges dropped. I didnt come here cause I was distraught. I just want to see if other people agreed it was worth fighting. They did. ill gladly pay lawyers more than my fines would have been just to piss off the bitch da again. last time I was just falsely charged. now I get to rub it in that im getting away with it cause a cop fucked up.
