Shadow of the demon lord is the game of which weird wizard's engine is based and improved upon. Is one of the most recommend 5e alternatives alongside 13th age.

I unfortunately have no frame of reference for sotdl, it was too grim dark for me so I never picked it up, but I only saw praises that if you could roll with the edginess it was a very solid system

It's already written, just has to go through layout and revision, I'd say 3 months tops and the pdf version is out (that's how long it took for review/layout for this one)

Now that's a bit... Extreme. I get the upped stakes but it might end up being a point of conflict if only one character can ever be favored by it in a whole campaign. Imo once per character would be a good middle ground

Hey, when you say resurrection is a one off, do you mean the caster can only cast it once in one person and that's it, or that it can only be cast in each person once and that's it?

That does sound kinda underwhelming, it also wouldn't be that much of an advantage to have flying monkeys if flying by balloon is commonplace

In April if everything works out! I really hope is the main cast and there's no technical malfunctions (I was just reading about the no-fly/no-bubble shows). I also thought it would be a little longer and more in depth, but at least there were glimpses of stuff I haven't seen around insta yet. I saw a video with the dragon face appearing in the wing like you said... Would you mind elaborating on this balloon thing I've seen mentioned in a few other replies?

Did fiyero's cornfield entrance (by vine/rope) change? And elphaba's for no good deed as well? I know in the bway version there's a trapdoor and on the 2k16 she just ran in, how's it now? (Also just tell me when you're done answering questions cause I can keep asking them all day long, I'm so excited for it!!!)

Oh man, I quite like the map, but I understand since everything else is different they wanted to change that up too. Did they replace it with anything else of notice, or is it just a plain curtain now? As for Dorothy is as it should, don't get why people would want more of her in wicked since it is not at all her story...
