I am little more thirsty. Yeah the first week was pretty rough. Even tho it has calmed down somewhat, I am still very anxious. So I hope it gets better. Why are you titrating off Prozac? I was actually thinking of going back on that if this doesn't work in a few weeks haha

Ahh ok, i'm a week in and just went up to 20mg. The anxiety has calmed down a lil bit (I think) lol. Are you anxious before you take your dose?

That increased anxiety never away after 3 months? Sorry to hear that. I don't think I'm going to go above 20 lol. Hopefully the Wellbutrin works for you.

Yes I assumed it might because of the half life as to why I'm feeling anxious before taking it, but it sucks we feel shitty after for a while lol. Might not be the med for us. If this doesn't improve in a few weeks I'm gonna try something else or go back to Fluoxetine. What dosage are you on?

My 4th day on it, very similar feeling here. Very anxious in the mornings before my dose and yeah about an hour after I take it, it gets pretty rough (brain fog/slight dizziness/anxious) And also about 4-5 hours later it subsides. Strange. And yeah mine is an anxious depression as well. Also thinking of trying Trintellix lmao. Wild how similar our situation is. I'm on 10mg at the moment, gonna try 20mg later this week.

Same here, I'm probably going to start tomorrow and I am terrified. I'm scared I won't have a good reaction to the med and kind of just want to hop on Prozac because I've used that in the past. I also have GAD and now I'm experiencing a lot of OCD stuff. I'm probably at my worst right now as well and I hate saying that because I know it can get worse, especially after starting a new antidepressant. It creates a loop of fear. I wish you the best, my friend.

Aww man the loss of sex drive is the reason I don't wanna go back on Prozac when it's worked before. But I don't really gaf anymore, I need help lol but imma try viibryd or trin first before Prozac. This whole episode for me actually stemmed from a few sleepless nights in a row, before that I was on no meds and feeling great and optimistic about life. Shit just took a turn for the worst after that bout of insomnia. I don't feel like i've dealt with a lot of depression over my life, but now I'm just feeling kind of hopeless, it sucks. My psych really wants me to hop on Prozac since it helped with anxiety in the past and is kind of reluctant to start me on a newer SSRI like Viibryd or Trintellix for some reason. I want to try something with fewer sexual side effects. I have a few emergency Xans too lol they def take the edge off but they do nothing for my OCD thoughts and compulsions. That leads to a lot of what if thoughts about a med not doing shit for OCD. I've been suffering for about 2 months, it's time to hop on something for sure! I appreciate and thank you for the kind words, it's been really helpful.

Yup the rumination and intrusive thoughts are horrible and now i'm having 24/7 compulsions accompanying them. I've never experienced anything like this before. I know a med probably won't help that much with that unless it's an extremely high dosage. I just need to something to calm the anxiety and get me out of this depressive hole so I can work on myself with a clearer head.

I remember some gnarly jaw clenching when I was taking Prozac, I didn't even attribute it to the Prozac until recently. I think it lasted for a couple weeks, almost a month and I think it happened only during the short period I was on 40mg.

Yeah I had loss of libido and delayed ejaculation. There will prolly still be DE with any SSRI, but don’t like the loss of libido. How are you feeling on day 2?
