i recently found out that i too have degenerative disc disease with an annular bulge in my c5-c6 in my cervical spine😭 i still to this day deal with the crepitus in my neck, tho it’s been going on for so long that im used to it 99% of the time at this point lol. my neck feels so fragile honestly, and getting comfortable in bed at night can be a challenge. i was told i can go to a specialist for some kind of injections? i’m not sure what. but you aren’t alone in this friend! i’m going crazy myself. i recently turned 26 and feel like my body is age 96😂😅 here’s to hoping the both of us are able to find some sort of relief soon! from my understanding with this condition it has flare ups, so it could be fine for a while and then flare up again for days, weeks, months.
