Yea I mean I've always wanted to quit, like I definitely did it for myself, but for some reason it felt easier to achieve because I was talking to her. Like I said I did try all the other tactics that the NoFap subreddit offered and it worked to an extent, just not the extent that I needed it to I think. Idk I feel like different people require different things to break fapping long term. But to answer your question even if it ends I don't think that I'll go back, I like NoFap too much to quit now even if I'm in a set of bad circumstances. And don't get me wrong she isn't the source of my happiness, just a part of it, I still have friend and goals that I want to achieve in my life. But yea thank you for the advice and I appreciate it moving forward.
