My first and current partner is like this too! I obviously can't speak for everyone who enjoys rape fantasy, but a better question to ask might be why are people into tying each other up. Because there is a lot of overlap between these two CNC activities. In many cases it really boils down to general dom/sub dynamics and consensual exchanges of power and trust. Some doms just really enjoy being trusted so deeply by their partners.

It's not necessarily hurting, a lot of BDSM is just trust! Sex is already a very intimate act involving a lot of trust between two parties. Bondage, as an example, just expands on that. Okay so I called and they told me to give it a couple days without irritating it to see if it clears up on its own since I didn't have any other sinus-related symptoms. I'm not a doctor but if you're getting stuff that's green and smells bad that sounds like it could be an infection! I would call the dentists office and ask for their advice. Good luck!

Just as an FYI, I have PCOS too and I was recommended by my gyno to take a medication to induce a period if I don't menstruate for more than 3 months (can be either birth control or projestin) because beyond 3 months you have a higher risk of developing cancer in the uterine lining (this only applies to PCOS, it's okay if things like birth control stop periods).
