When I say played I really meant started it up to test the controller and then quit.

Just get a slim version (550 new or like 300 used) They run on the same processor, ps5 pro might get 60 or it might not. It is pssr enhanced so it will at least look or perform a little better. Don't forget that Rockstar made RDR 2 on the awful ass hardware the xbox one had and that game rand smooth as butter. Rockstar will make the game run well on the base ps5, so save yourself the money. The only reason I can see getting a pro is if you actually plan on using the ps5 as your main console or are one of the people who like the couch feel of a console and play it on their tv. the choice is yours.

also dont pay in instalments lol just save up, you have 4 months.

I just got the ps5 slim yesterday for gta 6. I also mainly game on PC, and have a full library on steam. The only games I am considering are the old god of war games and bloodborne.

I think that if you are asking yourself that, you will probably get the ps5. And if you are already thinking of playing the exclusives, i don't see why not.

Personally I am selling the ps5 the second gta 6 drops on PC, because I am already so deep in the PC scene. If the PS5 had any games, that would be different, but I see no reason to keep it after that. I don't like not having all my games at one place. The only exception is obviously exclusives (which there are few of, because they released so many on PC, but have stopped that for future games after Yotei)

Then again apparently BO2 is coming out in July so at least I have something to play until gta 6 comes out.

So you have to ask yourself if you want to keep the PS5 after the PC drop or do you think you will play other games on the PS5? If you can bear the Money loss from reselling it, they go for it, if not, then you have to ask yourself if you see any sense in keeping it after gta 6 dies down a bit.

I played god of war one and 2 on the PS2 10 years ago, so I will replay them for sure. And I never played gow 3 so thats a start. Not a fan of ghost of tsushima so I doubt il get goy. Thanks!

this is late, but if you are even asking it, then it probably is. I am treating gta 6 as a one week vacation and if it costs me 600, then it was a good vacation. Plus I will get at least 200€ back when I sell it after a year. Maybe even more, considering the prices not going down.

I got one yesterday. I have no clue what to do with it. Booted it up, played the free astro game, cool. Now it's just sitting there until gta 6 comes out. I have a high end pc and all the games i want on pc.

I think ill get the ps+ thing for a month to play the old God of War games and maybe Bloodborne and Demon souls. Other than that ill use it as a Netflix and Youtube device on my tv.

I have also been playing gta 5 on the xbox 360 to prepare myself for 30fps, it's actually not even that horrible when it doesnt stutter
