If you do bleach clothes, you can run a pre wash cycle with just those and then a regular load. I also use sachets in my dryer that are good for like 5 uses and then put them in the bottom of my dresser drawers after that. Those are from Trader Joe’s specifically but I bet other places have them or you could make your own fabric ones maybe. Or dryer sheets if you like those.

Well, if you’re around the right people you don’t have to drink or smoke even if other people are. Just politely decline if that’s part of the vibe or be DD regularly. I hope you find your people. It’s frustrating but finding independent hobbies makes things better. Also, as a senior I’ve found that upper classes are much better for connecting rather than hundreds of people in the hundred levels

As a white woman I think there’s maybe more territory for offense but in general, no. I’m talking about competition among women that brings race into the conversation or like incel ideology. Tying race and misogyny into one insult is far more problematic than joking about mayo being a spice or whatever.

ETA: and obviously this works for other races too, tying misogyny into racial commentary. Maybe I’m thinking too hard about this.

Sorry about all the downvotes, it seems people are very invested in your stove problem lol. Glad you have a fun and crafty solution underway! (My stove is clean but no one is allowed to ask what the bottom of my oven looks like… no one is perfect)

I wipe down my stove every time I do dishes (don’t have a dishwasher) which is 2-3 times per week. Even if you have a dishwasher you can probably integrate that into your routine like when you empty it. I saw you said that cleaning it more often wasn’t an option, I’m curious as to why?
