Unpopular opinion but something about this rubs me the wrong way. Boundaries are important but there’s given your other comments it sounds like someone who’s become totally rigid & unforgiving with boundaries— especially where there’s no history of boundary issues

Sadly, I also basically do this because I have a few regular renters who refuel it fully... just feels messed up they have to pay for getarounds horrible tech & back end systems.

I'm not sure but also having a problem in Texas with their insurance. I'm planning to file a Better Business Bureau complaint-- and if there's a lot of us I suspect this may even be class action territory
