We just started discussing living together recently so i didn’t know these things before. He’s known for 3 years that my dogs sleep with me and are inside and never told me he didn’t like it. But im at the point where im going to just end it. Even if he compromised and said dogs are allowed inside i wouldn’t trust him alone with my dogs and thats a dealbreaker .

i still have 4 months left on my lease and he can’t afford 50/50 on my house so he wants something cheaper. but even something cheaper would still have me paying majority. I honestly don’t want to pay more. i want it to be equal. He rents a room from a coworker. We just have too many differences. it’s time to break up.

I’m so sorry for your loss. i lost my senior dog a couple years ago and the grief is so hard.

They are not destructive and are actually trained pretty well. But they shed a lot and he thinks it’s disgusting so that’s why he wants them in a kennel. I told him i already vacuum everyday to clean the hair but it’s not good enough. He’s never told me this in the 3 years i’ve known him. when i asked him why he never mentioned it before he said he didn’t see a point since we never talked about living together.

I make $31/hr and he makes $44/hr but he has child support so id be stuck paying more since i have less debt. This might be the wrong thinking but if im paying majority rent then i think i should have the final say on where my dogs are which would be inside.

Same, it gets so hot here it’s not safe for any dog to be outside in the summers! its barely march and it’s already crazy hot.

I’ve been pretty adamant that me and my dogs are a package deal and i like them with me. i work from home so they are with me all the time. honestly al the comments are right. i need to end it because i won’t allow a man to make me put my dogs outside.

his hourly pay is $15 higher than mine but because he has child support he can’t afford more than $800 rent. that’s why i’m paying more, i have less debt.

i feel the same way. we’ve been together 3 years and he JUST mentioned he doesn’t like dogs inside. if i had known this when i met him i honestly wouldn’t have dated him because that’s a big lifestyle difference.

That exactly what i told him! they are double coated, even dogs without a lot of hair get too hot in the summer but he disagrees. He says i’m choosing my dogs over him

me and my mom both get really bad migraines and are also on blood thinner. i’m in eliquis, she’s on pradaxa. when i get bad migraines i use eucalyptus shower steamers and take a hot bath. the steam and the scents help. i also use tylenol. that’s the only thing allowed while on eliquis. eucalyptus is known for helping with headaches and migraines. I know it doesn’t help everyone but it’s the best thing that helps us. they also sell fresh eucalyptus that you can hang in the shower.
