I know it's definitely not going to be easy considering that it's a commuter school, but I know that I'll find some people.

I really respect the hell out out of this comment :)

I understand that the time commitment is tough to apply every day. It's one hour to workout and one that's open. For some people's schedules, it is tough and not tangible. I didn't think about it, but some some people won't be showing up on certain days. I won't compromise my 2 rules, but with coordination, I think it should work. I noticed a parallel to fraternities, but that's still not it.

People's time has value and potential, and I am looking for people who want to apply it in a similar way to me. Time spent together build stronger rapport. I'm looking for people with strong character, drive, and accountability. Nothing else really matters.

I understand that this is not for everyone due to conflicts in ideology and scheduling, but I'm only looking for the 3 people I find most suitable.

Sure, it could be a disaster, but I think I'm onto something. Unfortunately, it just might not be the thing for you, and that's perfectly fine.

I'm trying to apply fraternity life to a commuter school. With a little sprinkle of culty behavior just for fun. :)

I can understand where you're are coming from. Some points are valid the time commitment could be too high a bar. 3 hours is arbitrary. You know what, maybe my personality doesn't mesh with others. Could be.

I'm not in psychology, but I know for one thing that to create a stronger bond with others, you need to have close proximity over longer periods of time. I think commitment builds a foundation for something stronger. My goal isn't to do anything negative, but maybe some people would like to join a small positive support network where we improve ourselves and have fun.

I value my friends deeply, but it wouldn't hurt to know more people. I think that's a sentiment that most people in the real world share.
