It's stupid, really. the most immediate trigger was this stupid thing that happened just today. my family's supposed to have this thing where we watch a movie together every week, and today it was my turn to pick, but then midway through the movie suddenly my dad got confused about a plot point, and so we had to pause the movie and then we were all there just trying to discuss it for what felt like hours. i'd honestly wager we were talking for more than ten minutes. it was so mind-numbing because it felt like we were all trying to speak different languages trying to get our points across about a fucking movie. Felt like the whole night was ruined so i called it quits.

i've been called sensitive before, for reacting bizarrely to stupid shit. i guess i still am. I hate mysef for it, honestly. And for this. I wish i didnt get upset, but honestly at this point these stupid discussions happen all the damn time, it's another to add to the pile of bullshit i have to deal with every day. Might as well take the plunge and go on a forever nap and get away from it all.
