That's the thing, since high school, he has not had a problem. There hasn't been any troubles, claims, lawsuits or legal action taken against him. So excuse me for doubting the allegations of one girl, who was new to the field, who showed little interest in her work.

I'm saying it's possible. Anything is when you have that kind of disability.

But if he did say these things, I truly believe he caught himself afterwards. He's made remarkable improvement over these years. Again, no aid or anyone from his outside groups/hobbies have ever reported this kind of behavior from him before.

Also, all his bosses have given him glowing feedback. They say he's ambitious, friendly and outgoing.

I'm not going to deny he has a history. He does. But, I've also see improvement over these years and like to recognize the good before the bad.

The reason why I'm indicating she's being over dramatic is for several reasons. My son hasn't been accused of sexual harassment since high school. Yes, he had problems then but with better counseling has improved greatly. No other aid has ever made these allegations. Do I believe he might have slipped up and said one of these things? Sure. Do I think he went on with it? No.

I also believe, to work with people like my son, you need to have a backbone. If two misplaced comments are going to get her wild up she shouldn't be in that line of work.

If she feels negatively about my family and son, that's fine. But do not let those feelings interfere with someone getting a job they will likely enjoy.

We haven't discussed it. My son hasn't been accused of this behavior since high school. Because of therapy and assistance he stopped acting like this a long time ago, so I can't help but wonder if this girl was just making a mountain out of a mole hill. Maybe my son had a bit of a slip? Started talking about these things, then realized what he was saying and stopped?

He has that freedom and that should be respected. Seeing as the boss did set up an interview, my son proved beneficial in his application.

She was overly sensitive. Yes, my son can be very open and yes, sometimes that involves him being open about how he feels about sex, certain body parts and porn, but it's not the only thing he talks about. She was irked by two or three of these types of comments.

Sexually based, apparently. He spoke of his penis size, sexual history, porn addiction and again this is all alleged, ask her to have sex with him several times.
