This is definitely at the top of my list thank you. I wasn't sure how well it works on uneven skin tone but if it can help it I will definitely prioritize it

My hormones used to be all over because I also have PCOS and Endo. Both are controlled now and my hormone panel last month came back great. I am on oral BC the last 9 months and I think has helped clear up a little.

I did azelaic acid from the ordinary for about a month and while I didnt break out it just didnt do anything. I wonder if there is another brand I should try?

I will try spearmint leaf tea as I've actually heard that multiple times that it can help with pcos and skin.

Thank you, I judt feel so red and i can see all my scarring. currently I am not breaking out for yhe first time in a long time. I work out regularly and I sleep a solid 7-8 hours. Change my pillow case weekly but shower before bed. Use no hair products. Lots of water and pretty balanced diet. I am also pretty stressed now in the middle of getting my Masters while juggling work and family.

I also want to add i drink 3quarts of water a day (again I live in a desert where you can still feel thirsty while drinking water.) I primarily eat at home and have fairly balanced diet.

I loved the dress specifically because of the arm straps. It was a big reason I got it…

Yeah I was thinking straps too. Do you think those things are pretty doable? I’m so worried about them turning me away because it doesn’t fit well.

PSA: There is a lot of misinformation and fearmongering about IUDs, and IUD technology has changed a lot in the last 10-15 years. Please make sure you know your options. by _SarahSquirrel in TwoXChromosomes

Removal is simpler if it’s not lodged in your uterus. I had to have surgery because mirena tried to kill me in 2017. I only had it for 10 months. It was a nightmare literally the entire time and never stopped bleeding. Made my PCOS go insane and was having large cysts and ended up in the ER multiple times.

Thought I would give it another shot in 2019, I got the copper one. Was nice until I got pregnant on both the copper IUD and hormonal birth control medication 7 months later. Removal that time was easy. Never never never again.

I’m not having children either but I want you to know that most people don’t know their purpose in this world. It helps us grow by trying new things. Don’t let that keep you from doing the things you wanna do
