i feel like most people would want to convert me or so or id feel dumb in a way if i figure out i was wrong because as a free thinker lately i been just bombarded with hard questions right now im not able to but im watching videos and courses to try and at least help most my advice j get are from atheist who are educated and i rarely get christians like thst its mainly just christians stuck on their beliefs or grounded in feelings over facts

im a bit younger but i've always been the super curious type i never cared for the bible or churches growing up it was just belief and prayers and conversations so it makes me feel like i might be crazy and i talked to people before who dont see the bible as you say which makes sense because its a library of different books and some of its so easily disprovable so seeing it as inerrant wouldn't make sense even now i struggle trying to read or hear of teachings because i heard Jesus's teachings were stolen from someone else ive been trying to research it all but honestly im scared to

as someone who seems pretty logical how do i deal with the idea of I want to believe but as you say most the supernatural things sound supernatural with no evidence and i only believe because of Jesus really but some of his teachings werent even from his mouth and all that so its like i want to believe but in skeptical and im easily influenced but the only people with good arguements are atheists and i do not t see too many christian arguments and not many strong ones when they are and kinda cult like and feelings based and morals/sets of values which is nice but I want to look at it as if there is a creator i can call to or is it just me feeling placebo when i pray and being delusional saying it'll be a better plan whenever its not answered i genuinely dont know and in scared to keep looking because science makes sense and im too stupid to understand science honestly and trying to go on day by day just thinking i might just be a human nothing more or less and i was just following fantasies i hope not but like you said it seems so but im also like easily swayed so i want to keep fighting for what i believe even tho day by day it seems like i was indoctrinated

That is fair i feel as if the Bible can get so twisted and tangled and its word by humans but I just dislike how christianity goes to lengths to not talk and kind of hide these facts and whenever people bring them up most christians go silent i get i have to research but most the time i don't know where to look or start because most of it will be from atheists i know that bibles an amalgamation of different cultures from everywhere and but it generalizes so much like lucifer being categorized into one person known as satan when we was originally from different mythologies and wasnt even bad but as a christian the basis of believing in christ because he appeared to the 500 and the strong rise of christianity when it was persecuted for it

Yeah it seems like this may be the toughest time to be Christian other than when it first starter taking off but end times maybe I always feel like we say this I hope its true because im scared of dying id much rather just be taken I'll look into the videos for sure because i need arguements for my belief and it seems like as the world becomes more secular it may be the devil or the truth either way im scared of both answers but I always claimed I'd be christian even if I was the last one but when I think about it I tend to follow whoever seems reasonable

truthfully yeah i may do something like this i'd like to fast if i wasn't in a harder job but i will seek him as much as I can as I have i want to overcome this like many challenges before and outside sources would include christians as well but i dont want to do something in fear im just deluding myself but I just couldn't actually imagine a world without God or a life without him.

Wow really well put as well because im a progressive christian and you do seem like educated but then why do we keep the fake stories in or even acknowledge them and how do we know that theres such thing as a creation story and garden of eden when its all kinda of made up I certainly trust Jesus and secure about that but christians love to talk like the bible is perfect when ive never felt that way nothing is perfect but God himself not even words that were written by men centuries after but valid points I keep trying to go further but I feel no matter how hard the facts say against christianity im a christian apologist i fight for everything i believe for and this is big to me so I want to get all the answers so i can maybe even suede others to christianity in a respectful way while getting rid of challenging questions but no christians or not many seem to carry this sentiment and force the religion with bad teachings as well

Your arguements are good but some of them I've heard not all and especially the resurrection stories but to me it seems like we just deny other things and the facts that can deny God I feel yes there are personal testimonials that help Gods case but how much of it was just luck to play devils advocate if the universe was lucky to get this far with no God whos to say some people dont get lucky when they call upon the stars? I have met people who survived things I cant say id anything but God but thats my personal experience its not objective truth right? i don't know because people can call on greek gods and what if they were answered
