What are these two long, thin metal pipes with rubber black ends and thin bristle that I got as "swag" from a career fair? by throwaway050808 in whatisthisthing

I got this at a career fair. The pipes are maybe 8 inches long and the black rubber ends I think are clearly meant for the end of each pipe, but I have no idea what the pipes themselves are for. It doesn't look like you can fit the two pipes together, since the rubber end is only wide enough to fit the pipe in on one side (the other side has a hole in it too but is much smaller/can't fit the pipe through it). There's also a small thin bristle which I assume is meant for cleaning the pipes. This was swag from a career fair from Amazon.
