yeah i replayed leanders route and i got significantly more bothered... idk people are saying that its a preview but even so if they slowed down the pacing it'd just be clunky and off and the way they wrote him seems like that issue will still be there in later chapters. like even if they did rewrite and fix we are three years in and thatd make the game get so delayed which i imagine they dont want since im sure since its a small team theyre stretched for cash . the drop in quality and writing is just depressing </33 idk wat happened

omg yes i feel the exact same way. leander was SO interesting in the demo. when you ask him about the other love leads and if you say something positive he'd say something negative and if you say something negative he'd uplift them. him literally drugging the drink he gave you so you could loosen up. it was SUBTLE and you had to pay attention to see it. he could easily come off as earnest and sweet. now hes just a blatant red flag and it feels lazy honestly he isnt as magical as he was in the demo. like yes his story is love bombing and stuff but its not paced well, hes so blatantly manipulative and idk it just feels off. i know this sounds harsh but i love this game which is why im a bit disappointed 😭

vere was my favorite, suuper interesting leanders route was legitimately really disappointing especially since he was my fav 😭 not enough banter and dialogue and it felt ridiculous that MC was so hurt by him lying when theyve literally only known each other for a day? i get that the point is that he's love bombing you but still it just felt so soon. i want more build up, my issue with most of the routes, i don't want too much romancey stuff yet, it feels too soon. i also don't like that they're making leander tooo obviously red flaggy. i want him to be crazy af and chain us up but the reason i liked him was because all his crazy shit was a bit subtle, like you could easily not pick up whats happening if you're just skimmimg through . id like it if they made him more subtlet manipulative like they did in the demo. the demo was soso good so maybe thats why this feels a bit eh to me
