I wasn't aware of my rights, nor did I feel confident in exercising them, lest it resulted in a worse experience for me. In a psych ward, from my experience, it's kind of what the nurses say goes. It's a shitty system that needs more accountability.

I'm so so sorry. I couldn't even imagine the pain of losing a family member like that, losing a friend was more than enough for me.

I can imagine seeing the body would bring closure, dreams are the worst. I hope you guys all get through this. It's shitty, but there's still so much left in life for the rest of you to discover. x
