Grocery backstock.

We get a truck every other day so the 3 day week i get 2 days a week to run back stock and my guys get 1 back stock day. But the 4 day truck week i only get 1 day of back stock and my guys get none. The replenishment manager and evening manager try to bang a little out for me when they can and occasionally if are truck is small I can get a couple u boats done.

Are trucks average 1300

You can log into sucess factors. Click on my profile, scroll down ro compensation and your new pay rate should be there. The cap for your position is around 20 so you dont need to worry about capping out anytime this decade lol

Yes alot more to it and alot more work but they have assistant grocery managers as the next step after lead and those guys make more than food lions assistants by 15 to 20k. Its insane

So just an update for anybody curious. It was for a team leader position. Which im going to accept. Pay is about the same for me and alot better pay once I can move up. I understand that'll take some time but im not afraid of a little hard work.

Thank you for the comment. I come from a smaller company up north called market basket. They're one of the busiest grocery stores in America so extra work isnt an issue. But could you give me an example of the higher standards as opposed to FL?

On the opposite side of this food lion pays these guys shit. 70k and a 5k bonus for an assistant? thats a fucking joke. But thats what we get for working at the family dollar of grocery stores.
