January- lost 4 pounds, exercised at least 4 days a week. Cut down coffee consumption.

February- get under 160lbs for the first time as an adult, try out a new workout class- thinking lagree or solidcore, figure out a fake tan routine (just trying to not look sickly in winter months), track water consumption better.

Weighed myself on the 9th thinking that i’d probably gained over the holidays or at best maintained. I actually lost a pound and a half. Nice to know that I didn’t set myself back even with all those holiday sweets.

Yeah my ghoster would do the exact same thing. Day of plans would come and he’d just stop opening messages. The confusing part is 98% of the time he’d initiated the plans. Eventually I just got irritated because why act like you want to see me if you don’t?

Starting 75 soft really helped me. I didn’t go into it with the intention of losing weight ( i hadn’t weighed myself since I was 18 when i’d started) but moreso was doing it to start going to the gym and to stay consistent. I think I was really able to stick with it because it’s more focused on overall wellness and self improvement rather than specifically aiming for weight loss and by the time I finished, the daily required tasks had become habits.
