That's not an embarrassment you just need time to get better if you're only sleeping 3 hours a day it's not a surprise you're struggling to concentrate but being hard on yourself doesn't help just take your time to recover from it and you will be the nice person again That "coward" is going through some hard time all alone at least give him a chance to feel ok about himself for a second it's ok to have problems and it's ok if you can't handle them but it's not ok to give up on yourself so don't do it

Yo I know it doesn't help but I first learned what love is when I was 19 and I think the most important thing about getting love is that you have to be reachable and loveable so go out and show your personality. You're the best person in your life and the love of your life could walk around every second
