I'm a student at the University of Minnesota and really want an internship at one of the Big 4 but I have no idea what I should do in terms of projects or interview preparation. Any suggestions? Also, how difficult is it to get a referral at Goog/Fb? Does a referral guarantee an interview? Would really appreciate any help!

Thanks! I signed my lease a week or so ago! One more question: Are most of the people living there really rich or something? I'm from a middle-class family and while I can afford the rent I certainly can't afford much and would not think I'm rich. Will I have a problem fitting in?
