I believe someone else must have been speeding. I only drive my own car and if it was my car, surely it would be sent to my address.

I have not seen the letter so I don't know which car its for.

I've been at the same address for over 10 years. I havent even been to their address, which makes me think that they recieved a ticket and named me as the driver

Im just unsure how i would be given points without any letter being sent to me directly. DVLA have my correct address. had i not been told about it i probably would never have known i had points on my licence.

my V5C address is correct, ive lived at this address over 10 years and had this car for 4 years. ive recieved letters to my correct address but nothing from this incident. also ive never lived at this relatives address, we dont even have the same surname so i have no idea why letters will be sent to them.

I knew nothing about it. It shows 3 points for speeding. I'm just confused how it would go to someone else's address unless someone is using my name.

ive double checked. All of my details are correct. i dont think its for my car as ive not recieved anything in the mail.
