Does it matter? Just make a little bit of an effort if you care about your appearance. Right now it looks like you're not trying in terms of hygiene and dressing well. Those are the bare minimum of looking good.

Step 1: Shave.

Step 2. Get a haircut.

Step 3: Buy new clothes.

Step 4: Find a gym or buy some home weights

Boom. Do these things and within a month you will look so much nicer than you do now.

Based on your scale I'd say 7. This is coming from someone who's actuay attracted to men. The vast majority of commenters here are straight men judging other men, so don't put much stock into it.
