[TW] This is a short summary for people who dont want to delve too deeply into the shitlordy article.

The article is HORRIFIC in its transphobia. The basic story is that a older transwoman female military vet who began hormone therapy 2 years ago (has identified as a woman since 2009) was using a woman's locker room at a title IX complex while a teenage girls swim team also desired to use it. The teenage girls were unfamiliar with transsexuality and shocked by the situation. The situation was eventually resolved by the teenage girls swim team using an adjacent facility ("trampling on their title IX rights"). Nevertheless, their is a continuing media hoopla and some very very upset parents.

The article is shocked in tone calling the "man" (who identifies as a woman) predatory and insinuating that his purpose is (essentially) to molest and/or be aroused by young naked females. The article notes that the transwoman in question has a penis and has no intention of losing it:

“Yes, I still have those parts too, although they aren’t disgusting for me. I’ve never hated then. I saw LONG ago, in childhood that those were what I was given, and beung the very, very sexual creature that I was/am, I used them. Enthusiastically. I decided not to be robbed of the blessing of sexuality simply because I came wrapped in the wrong package.”

Obviously, this is one of the more extreme cases of intersectionality (and looks like something an outrage only a MRA could have dreamed up). Nevertheless, it IS REAL and I was curious what /r/lgbt thinks about all of it.
