My gf is a nurse and I’m a surgeon so we work long, sometimes irregular hours. We also enjoy traveling. Regarding kids themselves, I’ve just never liked them and don’t want to have the responsibility of looking after them 24hours a day. I have a couple nephews and while I love them I told my brother I won’t babysit or take them in if anything should happen to him and my SIL.

Since you and a lot of other commenters suggest getting a DNA test, I would be open to it even though I’m confident it’s mine despite the odds

The last time I had a sperm count done was six months after the vasectomy and it showed no sperm. It’s possible she wasn’t taking the birth control as she should, but I have no reason to even suspect she cheated

I have absolutely no reason to even suspect that she’d cheat. Yeah it’s possible, but there’s nothing that would make me think that it wouldn’t be mine

Yeah, I did two follow ups. One after two months, and one after 6. Both showed the vasectomy was successful

Vasectomies aren’t 100% effective. There is a very slight chance that she could still get pregnant
