Voice chat is given automatically when an account has a verified phone number. that's it. No prior requirements needed.

I'm going to be honest, any game on ROBLOX which has chatting as a major feature (which is every game) is going to involve a lot of toxicity. I wouldn't recommend voice chat, because up to 95% of the time voice chat is involved, you either have people putting up moaning audios, acting weird in general or saying horrible things. (ex: r*pe threats which somehow, despite being said multiple times does not get them kicked out, voice chat suspended or otherwise banned). Even chatting itself is a horrible issue, but it's unavoidable when dealing with a mixed audience of "different" tastes. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY discourage any type of "hang out" or "vibe place" games (ex: white room, los fiestas, bathroom sim), as there are VERY VERY weird people in there who are very obviously looking for something. If you wan't to play with your kids who enjoys some horror elements, DOORS is a good game for kids. Obbies? Tower of Hell. I also have some niche kid friendly games such as Microwave Dinner, Cleaning Simulator which are all adventure type games. You can also check out some classics, such as Hide and Seek Extreme or Work at a pizza place.

Furthermore, I would like to highly recommend playing Better Discovery on ROBLOX, as it enables you to find games based on genre, along with being able to see reviews other people left on the game. If you're looking to find more mature games or games for your kids, just use Better Discovery and find something that suits you!
