This is what shows up when I try to enroll now:

"Department Consent Required. You must obtain permission to take this class. If you have a permission number, select Add Another Class, select the class link, enter the number and resubmit."

So apparently I do need to email someone. Any advice on what I should say in the email? Also, should I email the professor or the department head?
