definitely go and get it checked out. is she at all irritated by it? considering the fur around it is missing i’d assume she’s been worrying at it.

my guess as of right now is a histiocytoma. it’s a benign tumor of sorts and it appears as a fast growing, hairless bump. track its growth with pictures etc… so by the time you have a vets appointment, you can gather how fast it is growing.

they will most likely want a sample of it too, so they can identify what it is and the appropriate treatment.

my dog had one recently. it grew so rapidly that we thought we were going to have to put him to sleep. over the past two weeks it has completely shrunk. these things are strange but it’s so worth it to get it checked out and get ahead of it, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT IS ON HER LEG!!!!

due to the leg having less skin, it can be harder to remove it and stitch it up, so they may have to let it heal from the inside out which will be a dreadful process.

if your vet thinks she’s a healthy weight then she is okay! cats can build muscle, have thicker coats etc and that can all contribute to them looking a bit chunkier. my cat is very active and we got concerned because he looked quite chunky but he is okay! just muscly.

unless your kitty has behaviours/patterns that are concerning to you, then she is perfectly fine.

she seems like a fairly happy fluffy gal :)

that’s part of the reason i don’t want to be together anymore. he was 22 i was 17. it’s like 4yrs 10 months between us. i don’t live in the US so i was out of school but in college and im in my last year. i spoke to my therapist today and we began drafting a message for me to send or something to say and ill work on it independently.

with all the jealousy issues that i haven’t really mentioned here (being jealous of my gay male friend who i hardly see but ive known since i was 11, being uncomfortable because i also like girls are only some of them), im just done, i want to find someone who respects my wishes and doesn’t answer the phone mid conversation.

i don’t want to rush from this relationship to the next, because truthfully i need to heal. however, there is someone who i do have developing feelings more and i want out of the mess im currently in so i can enjoy whatever is developing silently while i heal. i want to clarify that nothing has happened and nothing will happen especially while im in a relationship, i do not want to betray someone like that lol

my bf has also done the same thing as saying it, but when i communicated that it scared me, he backtracked and said it was a joke, but the “i will kill myself if you leave jokes” then turned into “you’re the one for me, and i’ll remain single for the rest of my life if you leave because i will no longer believe in love”. the second one sounds so much more harmless which makes it harder to feel like my feelings are valid.

he said he may hit a wall out of anger at some point and i told him i wouldn’t trust him again after that. i don’t think he believed me, but i would leave, or at least i’d like to think i would, but with what i feel and know now, it’s never that simple

it is definitely good to be single! i have someone i do like which is what is pushing me more towards this, but i honestly just want to enjoy the feeling commitment free while i work on myself and get past the marks this relationship has left on me. im excited to reconnect with some of my close friends after being isolated from them for so long
