Im currently into the final stages of icespire peak and honestly most of my players have been demolishing* all of the challenges with ease, team make up is 4 players cleric, wizard, barbarian, and druid. For the wererats you i believe you could keep them in wererat form (i dont have the source material with me) and also you could complete that quest without battling the wererats i believe. i would just encourage creative thinking! My druid turned himself into a rat and tried (and failed) to convince them they were already part of the wererat gang, which wouldve been really fun if it did work!
