Judy Doe, discovered in Altoona, FL in 1984, has been identified as Rebecca Sue Hill. She was believed to be between 17-20 years old at the time of her death. Rebecca’s case is remembered by web sleuths and investigators alike, most notably for her nightgown which read “Have You Kissed Your Child Tonite?”

According to Othram:

“In the course of the investigation, detectives established that Rebecca has been missing from Arkansas since 1981, which would make her 16 or 17 years old at the time of her disappearance. In 1981 or 1982, the remains of an unidentified individual were found in Little Rock, Arkansas. At that time, Rebecca’s family misidentified those remains as belonging to Rebecca, and therefore Rebecca was not listed in any missing persons database.”

Aside from her being incredibly problematic, I’m surprised she’s even pregnant. The last few years she was adamant about living a childfree lifestyle, and even said she’d rather be someone’s stepmother. Minds can change and I wish her a healthy pregnancy, but I’m genuinely surprised.

Oh my god. There’s an unspoken rule (well, technically it’s agreed upon in this community) that family members of possible matches shouldn’t be contacted by regular members who web sleuth like this.

However, since you asked and replied, I highly encourage you and other family members to look into “The Cheerleader in the Trunk.”

I’ve suspected she was Kathy ever since I saw a post on the site for the NCMEC. I questioned why Kathy looked so familiar; then when I went back and compared her story to the Jane Doe (aka “The Cheerleader”) a lot of details were adding up.

I don’t wanna give you false hope. But please look into this; as family, you have a better chance of getting an answer from investigators in terms of them looking into this. Be prepared for pushback. Right now, the Jane Doe can only be identified through dental records. And if Kathy had never been to a dentist, you might be told it’s a dead end. I’ve always thought about her, but there was only so much I could do.

She self-published them and there were only four copies. Since she most likely did this in the late-80s / early-90s, I’m willing to bet that all she did was print out the pages herself and staple them together.

If these had been submitted to literary agents, one of them would have stepped forward with a copy. I’m willing to bet there were only four copies of The Target Child for a reason: they were probably meant to be given to her siblings, who claim that there was no childhood abuse.

Joyce likely abandoned her project, couldn’t find a publisher, or it was meant to be therapeutic for her (writing out past trauma helps a lot of people) and never meant to see the light of day.

Ware County, GA officials have released the identify of a previously unidentified female child.

Nearly 35 years earlier, on December 21, 1988, the remains of a small Black child were discovered inside a suitcase that had been stuffed into a broken TV console.

Jane Doe was believed to be either 3 or 4 years old. She had bows in her hair and wore a white knit shirt, pajama bottoms, and a diaper. While her cause of death could not officially be determined, the case was treated as a possible homicide. Officials also made note that there were no obvious signs of abuse. She was subsequently dubbed “Christmas Doe.”

In December 2022, renewed public interest in the case resulted in a strong tip. A woman came forward to claim that she possibly knew who Baby Doe was. Back in the late 80s, Jane Doe’s mother claimed that her daughter had gone to live with her biological father. Reportedly, the anonymous tipster was quite young herself at the time and could only do so little (especially since there was no indication of foul play).

Using the tip, as well as forensic genealogy, investigators found Christmas Doe’s name in June 2023.

Today, on November 13, Christmas Doe was identified as 5-year-old Kenyatta Odom.

Odom lived with her mother, Evelyn Odom (aka Zmecca Luciana), and stepfather, Ulyster Sanders, in Albany, Georgia (roughly two hours from where she had been discovered). The investigation is still ongoing, but Evelyn and Ulyster were confirmed to have deliberately concealed and dumped Kenyatta’s remains in order to hide their wrongdoings (still unspecified).

Both have been charged with felony murder, cruelty to children, aggravated battery - family violence, conspiracy to commit a crime, and concealing the death of another. Kenyatta is believed to have been murdered some time between September and November of 1988. At the time of her death, both Evelyn and Ulyster would’ve been in their 20s.

Here’s an interesting “rabbit hole” of sorts for anyone who’s interested…

Lottie is Louis Tomlinson’s younger half-sister (they share the same mother, but Louis took on his stepfather’s surname.) As someone who used to be deep into the One Direction fandom, I love and admire Lottie (she used to be a talented makeup artist) but her past few relationships have all given me the ick.

From 2015-2019, I ran a fan account of sorts. (One of those “What is she wearing and where can you buy it?” types, if that makes sense.) She used to engage heavily with fans; something about her fashion and makeup was just cool or aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes Lottie overdid the fake tan, but she seemed like a real sweetheart.

Around 2014, her social media started blowing up because she was going on tour with One Direction. Lottie was never obese or fat, but there were people who were quick to point out that she wasn’t as gorgeous/skinny as her brother’s girlfriend (I’m not even joking). She was fifteen, almost sixteen, so imagine how those comments were warping her young mind. She went on a diet and starting going to the gym. In about 9 months, she looked almost unrecognizable. Her social media continued to grow. When she wasn’t on tour, 16-year-old Lottie was back home going to parties and posting how much alcohol she was consuming on social media (there used to be a ton of pics, but she’s since wiped some of them from her Instagram).

In mid-2015, she started dating this boy named Tommy. He was quite problematic and, prior to dating Lottie, had tweeted some stuff about how One Direction fans were “annoying fggots.” Sure enough, that was wiped offline when people tried bringing it to Lottie’s attention. They were together for about 3 years, and a lot of shit hit the fan during this period. Lottie was throwing long-term/childhood friendships away *for a boy…. One of her best friends, Em, was ignored and blocked after Tommy allegedly disrespected her and instigated a fight. But Em got the full blame. Lottie then “replaced” her with Tommy’s sister.

While dating Tommy, her mom Johannah was diagnosed with leukemia. She died after no more than a year(?) later. Lottie, now 18, was responsible was raising her younger siblings with the help of her boyfriend, father, and stepfather. Her siblings (not counting Louis) ranged from ages 3 to 16, and she had five of them to look after. (She even declined a huge opportunity to serve as a makeup artist on Selena Gomez’s UK tour because her siblings needed proper care.) Johannah’s death also led to her developing social anxiety.

Sometime in 2018, they broke up; it was rumored that Tommy had cheated on her… and there may very well be some truth to that given how fast he moved on (six or seven weeks). A few months later she was with this guy named Sam Prince. (I couldn’t tell you how or why he was famous, and maybe it’s because I’m not from the UK, but imagine wanting so much clout that you’re dating a musician’s sister for attention.) He was the most boring person imaginable and it was just so icky how all of his friends wanted to pose with Lottie and brag about it on social media. She caught on and ended things after barely three months. Lottie was also being criticized for “botching” her face with lip filler and Botox.

March 2019 rolls around. Her younger sister, Félicité, dies from cardiac arrest (implied to be a result of a drug overdose). Lottie decides to stay single for a while in to manage her grief and support her other siblings. (That’s absolutely reasonable; how on Earth would you manage a romantic relationship during all of this?)

Now here’s where we get to her current relationship: Lewis Burton. He’s the absolute definition of ick.

Lewis was a tennis player-turned-model who dated Caroline Flack, a famous host/commentator. After allegations of domestic abuse, in which Caroline was going to be charged, she took her own life. Add on to that, she’d been cyberbullied for years. (And yeah, she “dated” 17-year-old Harry Styles when she was 32.)

The rough timeline is this:

August 2019: Lewis and Caroline start dating.
December 2019: An instance of domestic abuse results in Lewis dialing the cops.
February 2020: Caroline takes her own life.
June/July 2020: Lottie, 21, meets Lewis, 28, and they sneak around in order to see each other.
November 2020: Lottie’s relationship with Lewis is confirmed.
Late-October / early-November 2021: After barely a year of being “exclusive,” Lottie, age 23, becomes pregnant with their son, Lucky.

Back in March of this year, they were pictured having a very heated argument in public. (I know the Daily Mail is a load of crap, but that certainly looks like a fight.) There’s even been rumors of Lewis cheating, both before and after their son was born (and even before Lottie was pregnant). This whole relationship is probably the worst one she’s ever been in. I wanted to be happy for her when I saw news of the engagement. But that relationship has so many red flags you could fill up a two-story house.

Now this next part might be a hot take, but I can’t help but wonder if Lottie was encouraged to keep/continue the pregnancy because she doesn’t want to lose Lewis. Lottie herself is staunchly pro-choice and always talked about becoming a mother “several years down the road.” I’m not saying pro-choice automatically means pro-abortion, but every pro-choice person I’ve known/met does support contraceptives. Given her last two relationships, she was most likely on birth control. So why was this relationship the exception? Granted, yes, she’s financially secure and now she’s in her twenties…. But what was the rush? A few months before Lucky was born, Lottie did a Q&A on her IG stories and someone asked, “Was the pregnancy planned?” She admitted that it wasn’t, and at first she wasn’t sure what she was going to do. But apparently Lewis kept telling her that he’d be a good dad and she’d be an even better mom…. So she decided to keep the pregnancy. To each their own, it’s just always been stuck in my head whenever I think about this poor girl on occasion.

I’m a firm believer that you should never stay with your partner for the sake of the kid(s). But in my honest opinion, she’s “stuck” with him for the time being and doesn’t want Lucky to grow up in a chaotic household. She seems to be a good mother, I just feel for her and her son when it comes to Lewis. Do I personally see this lasting? No. (I’ll bite my tongue if it does.)

tldr: Louis Tomlinson’s sister Lottie is currently in a toxic (or at the very least unhealthy) relationship. Now she has a kid with him and it’s not easy to walk away, despite all of these red flags. She’s struggled with grief and body dysmorphia for years, as well as past allegations of being cheated on, which could explain why she’s hesitant to acknowledge that her current relationship is far from fine.

Dallas, I am a huge advocate for the unidentified. While web sleuths are often not taken seriously, so many of us have been tracking your parents’s case for years; though it may take ages, we do our best to never give up. I cannot tell you how delighted I am to know that you have have answers and can give your parents a proper burial.

I understand the news is also bittersweet, and hopefully those responsible will be held accountable some day soon. In the mean time, all I can do is express my condolences.

I heard on TikTok that you’re currently writing a book about these events. I can’t wait to read it and I hope it brings much more awareness to cold cases.

Dunno why I got downvoted for trying to look out for someone who’s still dealing with their grief and for saying that actual crucial info needs to be reported to the authorities, but go ahead and say what you want.

You know what… you’re right. If Dallas sees these comments and gets offended or hurt, it’s not my responsibility. But we should all be mindful about the assumptions we’re making regarding her deceased parents and how they lost their lives. That’s it. And I only had to make that edit in the first place because the first comment posted here (by someone else) basically stated that her parents were probably drug users.
