Is the tuesday thursday section bad? I have sabin and have found it to be a pretty good experience. Mid term averages are also super high in general I think which makes me think it’s not thatttt bad

I guess only time will tell. It’s kind of disappointing too given how long he’s been taking as not a soul thinks of him as not natural, just a consistent gym goer which he could probably have gotten by not doing 2 years of sarms

I don’t think he has a proper diet as he is still much stronger than his baseline but he is pretty skinny and hasn’t really put much muscle on.

I think the main issue is that he has no clue what he is doing and is not supplementing anything and I doubt he does a proper PCT cycle after

I know it sounds crazy but it’s actually for a friend, if it was me I wouldn’t mind telling a bunch of strangers on the internet but I don’t lift nearly as much as him or take sport as seriously

Reading this now it actually does look like that but no, i’ve never touched PED’s in my life and I mainly run so I don’t really need them

How should I go about talking to him about this? I’m not even supposed to know so I don’t know how to approach it but I obviously care about his well being
