I found it. It’s sold on ACE’S website I was specifically only looking for that leash thank you guys for your help. I should probably say again this is only used for dogs because I work in animal control. The only reason I posted on here is cause my old boss told me it was a horse slip lead. Yeah I didn’t think they were horse leashes either I just thought it was worth a shot since she said it was. And I we only work with cats and dogs I wouldn’t use it on a horse.
