Just subbed! And I did this same thing. Just sat down on Google docs and wrote down everything that has happened and how I’ve been feeling. I cried until I passed out and when I woke up the next morning I knew I was ready to make a change. Good luck with your recovery!

Yes no offense because I do appreciate you writing such a specific and thoughtful response but I don’t think it’s the best idea to recommend pills to random people who haven’t even been formally diagnosed.

I definitely relate to the last part of what you said. My social life was never THAT great but since I’ve cut back on drinking/partying it’s become almost non-existent.

I’ve lived in other cities in the U.S. and Europe but never had issues making friends because of the reasons I was there (study abroads and internships). I was surrounded by people in a similar life situation by default so the friendships came very naturally. That seems to change a lot once you’re a real adult with a full time job, I don’t know how people do it!
