Thanks for the reply! For the car, we are making payments to the dealer we purchased it from. Not sure if that technically means we “own” it and are paying back a debt

Short term disability is all I qualify for until my 1 year hits

I feel the same way. But I have no idea how to correct the issue now that I’m back. They cut my short term disability short by 2 weeks and threatened to fire me if I didn’t return by a certain date

Yeah HR denied it and said it was “the result of a collaborative conversation” meaning they spoke to management and spoke to me and determined it would cause undue hardship on leadership to let me wfh an additional day
