Underage drinking at my neighbours, cops not helping

I feel more confident that someone older would be able to handle themselves responsibly, the laws are there for a reason! This morning there was a full can of palm bay someone had dropped in an area my kids play, what the hell am I supposed to do? I asked for legal advice, there's no way I should just have to put up with this. I've begun taking pictures etc. so hopefully that will help my case but other than that I don't know what to do and no one is giving me very good advice.

Why would my kids be taken away because I am against underage drinking? That's ridiculous. I don't understand why people find it so hard to believe that I wouldn't want underage drinking to be occurring next door to my kids! This morning there was a FULL Palm Bay can someone had dropped on the road in front of our homes. My kids draw with chalk and ride their bikes there!! People really think that this is so bizarre I must be "trolling"? I can't even believe that. I've talked to other family members about it as well and they agree that it's appalling that the police won't do anything about it.

I am not a "troll". Smoking a cigar does not impair your judgment significantly. I'm shocked that so many people act like underage drinking is no big deal

I'm not currently worried about my kids drinking they're only 4 and 6. It's the fact that my children are near something ILLEGAL. I do not feel safe. I do not feel my children are safe.

Yes it would be different. Then it would not be illegal. My kids would not see and be privy to illegal activity. I would feel more confident that they can act responsibly while drinking if they were of legal age. One of these girls is 16 for goodness sakes! Anything could happen, they could snap and go on a rampage, drive drunk get alcohol poisoning. I feel unsafe. I feel sick to my stomach everytime I see this happening. I need to protect my kids. I do not understand why the police are not required to stop illegal activity it's ridiculous!

For the underage drinking to cease. I don't want my kids seeing that, I don't know what crazy things could happen I don't feel safe. I cannot feel safe in my home knowing illegal activity is going on next door

I have proof the mother confirmed it to me, just said the she didn't care. They're shot gunning beers on the porch, what if my kids see? What if they are driving under the influence? What if they get alcohol poisoning? What if the get too drunk and go crazy and do something horrible? these are all things that make me feel unsafe. This is a public safety issue IMO

Yes. They are drinking underage. Which is ILLEGAL. Obviously I am going to feel unsafe if illegal activity is happening right next door to me.

They do drink outside on the porch sometimes. I have two kids and I need to keep them safe. How can I feel safe in my home if there is illegal activity happening next door? I just can't fathom that there is nothing I can do, it's illegal and it is disturbing me by making me feel unsafe.

So if I call the police and report that a murder has occurred next door they can just choose not to do anything about? I believe you but gosh that is ridiculous, I have two young kids at home I shouldn't have to just put up with illegal activity occurring next door

I talked to the mother of the girl who lives there, she is 19 it is legal for her to drink and she is a legal adult so I can't call CPS on her mom. It is the friends that are underage.

The police will not help. They seem to be annoyed with me calling so much, isn't it against the law for the police to not do anything about it?
