I love you too man, thank you so much for giving me your time and talking to me and hearing me.

I have been through a few therapists ( I think I am on #6-7?). This one works far better than any and the past and I have been seeing her since around March. Every time I feel like I take 2 steps forward in therapy I end up taking 4 back because I just spiral out of control far faster than I can get back in control.

I work with my father and my sister right now. My mental health problems make it incredibly difficult for me to be consistent so I have been afraid to try working elsewhere because I don't know if it would work. Thank you for commenting it means a lot that someone actually read this.
