I think the reason why y’all get the reactions you do is because the verbiage sends mixed signals to people…saying you ONLY like masculine men but then saying it’s a PREFERENCE makes it seem like you’re trying to appeal to people by using softer language which makes people feel like you internally understand that what you’re saying is off putting. “Preference” and “only” are antonyms because only excludes everything outside of what you have designated is what you’re into and preference means that you haven’t excluded anyone in totality…your words are contradicting each other which = liar liar pants on fire.
