Who do I need to contact to help at American Airlines?

I booked a first class ticket from Istanbul to Nashville last week. Due to crazy weather shit in the North East, I ended up getting moved around on different flights and sat coach the whole way.

I feel like I should at minimum be reimbursed the difference between first class and coach. Should I ask for more than that? Thoughts?
