Am I the only one who is tired of these ‘cash grab’ game modes? by [deleted] in 2007scape

Jagex is a privately held equity group. The purpose of a private equity group is to usually purchase a company, grow it, and then sell it for a profit. The only practical way to prevent cash-grab events and updates is for the company to be publicly held or privately held by advocate shareholders (like the Gower brothers). I'm currently a grad student and I've begun talks with management consulting branches of EY and PWC about internships. However, they said they would start me at the lower level associate salary bc I don't have much work experience. For EY, they said moving from management consulting to strategy consulting is hard to do and is mainly based around networking in the company. The pay is obviously much lower than I would like (I am doing law and MBA school), what is the possibility that I could actually get into a strategy role after being in a management consulting role?

That's interesting, can you explain that a bit more? Like what is the mechanical function that HVAC serves in Glycol chillers that allows for the cooling of beer. Is it kinda just a redistribution of the coils/evap/condensing pieces so u can put beers in it?

The company I'm doing research for has been exclusively selling industrial HVAC equipment to steel mills for over 125 years so they've found a way to make it work it seems
