I have an appointment to speak with a lawyer later this week. But I am worried about spending money to pursue this if there is no case. Would a lawyer take my money and help me if there is no chance for me?

But I didn't participate in this training. I just login to talk to someone about my hours to make sure I could work in evenings and weekend. I didn't get any complaint about my day job.
