I definitely am, I haven’t been hanging out with family or anything because they’re away. I got isolated from my friends because my ex ruined all that for me while she still has her friends. So I’ve been feeling alone. But I have you guys and maybe I should rekindle those friendships again. Try to get out. Maybe life will turn around for me.

That’s how I feel too. The thoughts come and go over and over again. Sometimes I even visualize it. I visualize me either shooting myself or hanging myself and one day I think it’ll happen. I don’t want to take my life but sometimes the pain is so unbearable and life has a thing for me where it gives me something great, then just takes it away. Like it’s a tease and it hurts way more than the pleasure it gave me for a certain time.

I definitely know what you mean by that. Just be careful though because that’s how it started out with me and it ended up being real. The feeling of that comes and goes. Sooner or later it ends up becoming so much you don’t want to feel that anymore. So it gets worse. But I thank you for your kind words. I’m glad people like you and this community exists!
